Riley’s simply by the Seawell in Stratford will be home to the worldwide Miracle Christmas pop-up cocktail bar concept from Nov. 22 in order to Dec. 24, which features holiday decor, music and special Christmas-themed cocktails to celebrate.

Each participating location serves a festive drink menu, with cocktails like the Christmaspolitan (vodka, elderflower liqueur, lime, rosemary, spiced cranberry sauce); Elfing Around (mulled wine reduction, prosecco, gin, grapefruit shrub, aromatic plus orange bitters) and the Jingle Balls Nog, along with cognac, cream sherry, almond milk, lotion, egg, vanilla and nutmeg.  

The Miracle event dates back in order to 2014, when Greg Boehm, owner associated with Mace in New York, transformed his beverage bar into a holiday destination with “over the particular top” decorations in the weeks between Thanksgiving and Christmas. The particular following year, Miracle expanded to four locations, and it’s now a global concept, along with pop-ups all over the U. S. and inside Canada, Europe, Asia plus Central America.

At the end of this year’s season, Miracle will donate 10 percent of all proceeds from the sale of signature glassware to the Seva Foundation, a worldwide nonprofit eye care organization that works with local communities around the world.
